- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are rude and very unprofessional. We wait 3 months to see a PA and then they refused to see my son for acne because my mother took him to the appointment with my consent. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While they're good at what they do their patient service is awful. They don't hold space open for patients that have issues come up unexpectedly. I came down with a health concern and wanted to see ANY PA or Doctor there and the nearest they could schedule me was 3 months out..and then said I could call them daily to check on cancellations to try to get in earlier. Naturally they have a monopoly on the market here in West Michigan so they can get away with this garbage patient service. You'd think they're already profitable enough that they can hold open a couple spots a week to see "walk-ins" that have needs that pop up unexpectedly.June 13, 2017by Whitney Oppenhuizen
