- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had difficulty with the entire process of getting my surgery scheduled. The office did not contact me to notify me of my consult appointment until after it had passed. I called twice to get a question about billing answered, but the voicemail for the billing line was not set up! (Who doesn't set up voicemail for the number that gets you paid?!) And on the day before surgery, I found out that the office never informed the hospital I was on the docket until 5pm the night before. In general I have no issues with Dr Friedl as of yet. But I have major issues with his staff. I won't be back to this office in the future, and I won't recommend anyone else see them.December 28, 2016by Aaron Hoholik
