- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very unhappy with the procedure here at this office. Whether they have pressure from insurance companies or from Quest, they find a way to completely disregard patient satisfaction. Phlebotomist that is on-site is only available 9-12. Receptionists do a satisfactory job in being friendly, however they assume things. They told me that I couldn't have my physical because of service date policy but then she was inaccurate on my policy and incorrectly told me that I couldn't see the doctor. I had to call back and force my way into an appointment for my health! How inconsiderate is that? Bottom line is that they do not control their office. They're suppliers have complete control. Expect to go off-site for labs if you are in the afternoon. WASTE OF TIME! Plenty of other good doctors out there. No disrespect to the doctors, they're practice is fine, but the office is run worse than a gas station.June 11, 2017by Ostap Rapeyko
