- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a plastic surgeon who does breast reconstruction. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer myself, I knew what to expect with my surgeons. I can honestly say that Dr. Colleen App is one of the finest breast surgeons I have ever seen in all of my own experience as a surgeon. I felt not only perfectly comfortable with her caring for me, but I wished that I could clone her and bring her back to work with me in my hospital. She is a talented surgeon, a knowledgeable physician, a thorough clinician and to top it off she has a fantastic bedside manner.
