- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪*Regarding the downtown location on Cherry. I receive primary care here. I like my primary physician, though I have felt rushed at times. The facility is new and clean, a big upgrade over their old location. I have a very real problem with getting prescriptions written in a timely fashion. Several times I have had to wait long past close to get prescriptions that should have been written days ago. It is incredibly frustrating and remarkably different than the care I received from primary's before Networks became the norm. Reaching a nurse is like waiting on hold for your cable company, long and arduous. On one occasion I heard a nurse, or more likely an RNA swearing in the hall. She spoke in broken, poor English, and my well being was the last thing of concern to her. I would recommend my physician here and nothing else.May 16, 2017by Alex Gezon
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪i just had my first "obama care" experience with this office. a) my trusted physician is no longer in my network, so i had to look around for a new one b) i found someone i was ok with c) here's the tricky part...i get strep throat. so i call my new doctor's (1175 Wilson) office to schedule an appointment today. mind you i can barely speak at all. i have to talk with FOUR different people and give them ALL my information only to find out that no one can see me because i need to get a new patient appointment out of the way first before i can be seen by one of the staff...and guess what??? there are no new patient appointments available...and no one bothered to even mention that when I signed up. FAIL!!! gonna go burn a few hundred dollars at the emergency room where at least i can get seen.January 03, 2017by Luke Danelon
